Terms and Conditions for Shipping and Payment

Shipping Terms

Deliveries are currently limited to domestic shipping within Germany.

  • Shipping Costs:
    A flat shipping fee of €3.90 per order is charged.
    Orders over €49 qualify for free shipping.

  • Returns and Reshipping Costs:
    In the event of a return and a subsequent reshipping request, additional shipping costs must be borne by the customer. This applies even for orders exceeding €49.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of goods within Germany takes 3–5 business days.

Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

For orders containing items with different delivery times, we will ship the items together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
