    Level: This is a medium-level recipe and takes about 45 minutes to prepare, but it tastes really good!

    Origin: Became famous recently on mom WhatsApp groups in the entire Arab community worldwide.

    Personal view: I was skeptical when I first saw this viral recipe, but as a zaatar fan, I had to try it. Now it's one of my favorite omelettes! Absolutely recommend it!

    Level: Super easy, needs 10 minutes

    Culture: This recipe is the traditional homemade version of shawarma in the Middle East (basically you can only try at a Lebanese/Syrian home) that rivals what you would have from restaurants. It's a beloved dish that is often enjoyed with family and friends, showcasing the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the region.
    Difficulty Level: Needs time and patience, preparation time around 1.5 hours.

    Culture: This recipe embodies the traditional homemade version of Fattoush that is cherished in Lebanese and Syrian households. It’s a staple at family gatherings and festive occasions, reflecting the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the Middle East. The addition of za'atar-spiced crispy bread elevates the salad, adding an aromatic and flavorful twist that makes it even more special.

    Difficulty level: very easy and quick needs 15 - 20 mins. (put Zaatar bread in oven for 10 min at 180°C while you cut the vegetables)
