Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, honeydew (Friedrichstr. 114A, 10117 Berlin, Germany), by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us or to honeydew (Friedrichstr. 114A, 10117 Berlin, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post due to their nature, these costs amount to €90. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to ascertain their nature, properties, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  1. Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is significant, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  2. Contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date is quickly exceeded.
  3. Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  4. Contracts for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
  5. Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the contract conclusion and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no influence.
