In January 2023, I went back to Lebanon and spent some one on one time with my baby brother Bob. As I was preparing for us a traditional Lebanese breakfast when I poured the olive oil over some Zaatar, the color immediately caught my attention. How lush green it was!
The harvest season had just ended and it was freshly pressed olive oil. I was fascinated as the oil ran down my throat I felt that slight burning sensation that you only get from a real cold press

Since then I went back to Lebanon a few times with one goal in mind:
"To bring the above experience back to my new home in Germany."
After visiting and meeting many farmers cooperation's, and a lot of taste testing. We have found an authentic tasting Lebanese Olive oil, Zaatar, Sumac and Pomegranate molasses still made by traditional methods while maintaining the highest hygienic standards
